In search of a photographer for a non-profit organization event, I began my quest with ample time. Eventually, we opted for Frank and I promptly submitted our vendor agreement and requested an invoice. Despite Frank's assurances that he would comply as soon as possible, he informed me multiple times of his ongoing absence from town until I reminded him of the looming deadline of April 18th. I tried reaching him through email and CrackerJack messages, but he only responded on April 26th, four days away from the event. Consequently, I had to begin my search afresh in order to find a last-minute replacement.
