While I was away on vacation, the lawn service neglected to use the unlocked side entry to access the fenced area. Despite having paid the full price, I have requested a refund for this week through email, phone message, and this platform.
Update: The company has informed me that they will provide the refund within the next 60 minutes or before 11 AM.
