One day, our glass insert suddenly shattered inexplicably, likely due to its age and weariness. Luckily, working with Four Day Fireplace was an incredible experience. They provided us with numerous options to consider, such as replacing the glass or upgrading to a newer model. Ultimately, we chose to simply replace the insert to meet our current needs. There was no pressure either way, and they were extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, our model was no longer produced, which made finding replacement glass a daunting task.
