Due to my initial home inspector canceling on me, I had to urgently reach out to Cort. Despite the short notice, he made an effort to accommodate me into his schedule, and arrived to conduct the inspection on the same day. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and ability to address all of my concerns. It was evident that he had conducted a thorough and detailed inspection. In addition to his professionalism, he was also a down-to-earth and likeable individual. My realtor was so impressed with his work that he plans to recommend him to prospective clients. Cort conducted a thorough examination of my residence, checking for carpenter ants both internally and externally. He provided detailed explanations of his procedures and also identified some unrelated concerns that needed my attention. In addition to discovering a pest infestation in the front tree, which had been the cause of my recent pest sightings, Cort shared effective control measures to prevent these ants from entering my house.
