Despite it being his day off, he visited my home for an assessment, dedicating several hours to discussing its measurements, issues, treatment options, and guiding me through the entire process. He provided sincere answers to all my questions and did not sugarcoat anything for me. Although I did not proceed with the repairs, I am grateful for the company's and Mike's professionalism, tireless effort, and dedication to their work.

Daily reports outlining plans for the following day were provided, and the team made sure to clean up after themselves to ensure the site was as tidy as possible. While we hope to never have another project of this magnitude, we are grateful for the guidance of such a professional team. Our neighbors also took notice of the excellent work and inquired about our project.

The crew is excellent and quick to respond. I am pleased with their work. Although they overlooked a crack, they are returning to fix it, which is a positive aspect.
