During our stay at the Tamarack Lodge, Andrea provided us with an exceptional meal that was a real treat. As a result, our family had a memorable dining experience without lifting a finger. Andrea was responsive and adaptable to our needs, even accommodating changes in our group size without difficulty. The highlight, however, was undoubtedly the extraordinary dishes. From delectable braised short ribs and scallops to perfectly roasted carrots and potatoes, every bite was sensational. To top it all off, the chocolate caramel dessert was simply divine. For those contemplating hiring a chef, do not hesitate - hire Andrea. You will not be disappointed.
