After a disappointing experience with a trainer a few years ago, I was reluctant to try again. However, I am thrilled that I did because Scott's nutritional plans and personal training have far exceeded my expectations. When I started working with Scott three months ago, my body fat percentage was 20.5%, and now it is down to 10%! Scott's exceptional nutritional plans and training are not the only things that make him stand out from the rest, it's his passion for helping people. He listens to your goals, expands on them, and motivates you to succeed. Scott doesn't just give you your plans and train you, he also explains the "why" behind everything, which has helped me better understand my body. It's clear that Scott goes above and beyond, and I am grateful that I started this journey with him.

Keeping fit when you're over 50 can be difficult. Being 15lbs overweight, struggling with low back issues, and facing Osteopenia motivated me to seek out professional help. Three people suggested I contact Scott Morell, a personal trainer. In January 2016, I met Scott, and we discussed my goals and created a workout and nutrition plan. I followed it meticulously, which made a significant difference. At the start, I weighed 137lbs, with a body fat percentage of 36%, which was disappointing. I knew I needed to work out at least three days a week, combining cardio and free weights, but it was tough because I had not exercised for over 20 years. Scott's natural teaching ability, wealth of knowledge, and friendly support encouraged me to commandeer my fitness objectives. He regularly forwarded informative content to enrich my understanding of the process and never failed to answer all my questions, whether by phone or text. My body's favorable transformation from 137lbs and 36% body fat to 122lbs and 16% body fat, with visible muscle definition, is entirely thanks to Scott's ideal guidance and my hard work and self-belief. In fact, I can genuinely say that having the proper trainer alongside self-motivation and hard work promotes success. Without Scott, I could not have achieved this, and I highly endorse him as a trainer. I look forward to continuing to work with him to reach my future goals, knowing that fitness is a never-ending journey.

Scott was the initial trainer to sit down with me and devise a course of action to reach my objectives, demonstrating his dedication to my well-being, physical fitness, and dietary intake from the get-go. He would routinely touch base with me in his spare time to confirm that I was on track and available to assist with any questions or concerns I may have had. As a result, Scott became an integral part of my life, motivating me and keeping me on the path to success. His support kept me accountable, and he genuinely cared about my progress. Before Scott, my diet was a complete nightmare. However, he created a meal plan that adhered to my dietary constraints and was always eager to impart recipes. He even recommended specific foods based on my blood type. His knowledge proved to be invaluable, equipping me with the resources required to achieve long-term success. Now, I am aware of the nutrients that are beneficial to my body and what foods to avoid. Scott pushed me outside of my comfort zone and inspired me to reach my full potential. His encouragement helped me through difficult workouts, and he consistently believed in me, even when I didn't. His main objective was for me to succeed, and with his guidance and my effort, I observed results that I could be proud of.
