They persevere until you are satisfied. I entrusted them with old 8MM movies from my Grandpa, not having a projector or any idea of the contents. Upon receiving the movies in my FOREVER account, I discovered that the film was running backward due to my Grandpa having done something to it. I believed my cherished memories were lost until I contacted the FOREVER support team.
