The project design was of a professional standard, and the renderings presented were aesthetically pleasing. Regrettably, the project had to be scrapped as it was not sanctioned by the City. As per the terms of the cancellation clause, I am entitled to a refund of $12,500, which was confirmed by Mr. Elliot. Although I am grateful to him for acknowledging that the City's disapproval was not my responsibility, I am yet to receive the refunded amount, even after several weeks. Here's hoping that I receive the refund in the near future.

Working with Bryan and his teams was a delightful experience. Bryan delivered a comprehensive project proposal and his crews carried out the work with attentiveness and proficiency. My project involved the construction of an access ramp connecting my deck to a recently erected retaining wall, as well as the building of additional grading and another retaining wall. They arrived on schedule, finished the job to my satisfaction, and utterly cleared up the workspace. The result of Bryan and his crew's work is amazing, and we are incredibly satisfied with it. Bryan is highly communicative and meticulous in managing the project. Although COVID caused delays in receiving parts from the manufacturer, Bryan is not to blame as he consistently followed up with them for updates and kept us in the loop throughout the process.
