Forever Clean's services need improvement as their cleaning was subpar. Upon examination, it was difficult to determine what areas they cleaned as nothing was entirely spotless and the bathroom and fridge were left untouched. Furthermore, they neglected the floors and cabinets, except for a greasy spray application on the wooden cabinets which they didn't wipe off. The cleaners demanded fifty percent of the payment in advance, and pressured us via text for immediate payment once they were finished, without us having a chance to inspect the job first. Additionally, the two cleaners were two hours late, brought very few supplies, and did not even bring a vacuum cleaner. This was for an apartment turnover, making the apartment unsuitable for move-in. Regrettably, we will have to hire another cleaner to redo the whole job. In conclusion, this service was a total rip-off!

Their performance was outstanding! They displayed great punctuality and swift execution. Their courteous demeanor and willingness to comply with all requests were noteworthy. I cannot emphasize enough how pleased I am.
