My fireplace spat out a burning piece of firewood which landed on my carpet, leaving behind a charred mess. I attempted to repair the damage, but my handiwork was abysmal and I couldn't bear to look at it any longer. That's when I turned to Forever Carpet for help.
To my surprise, the owners promptly responded to my message at 8pm and scheduled me for the next day at 10am. Upon arrival, they were courteous, removed their shoes, and worked efficiently to patch up the carpet with some spare material. Their work was exceptional, and I can finally relax and watch TV without staring at my shoddy repair job.
Although I hope to never have another carpet burn incident, I will definitely be calling on Forever Carpet for any future flooring concerns.

Robbie and Brian arrived punctually and carefully heard out my worries regarding various sections of my residence. Their knowledge about cleaning my carpet was impressive. I had tried to get rid of a gummy deposit left behind by a prior occupant but with little success. However, Brian was able to remove it completely, and it's hard to tell if there was ever any residue present. They have also managed to bring back the sheen to our original hardwood floors. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

I highly recommend this service! My carpeting is roughly 25 years old and I am planning to have it replaced later this summer. However, in the interim, my worn and dirty carpet and area rugs needed a refresh. The team pre-treated, thoroughly scrubbed, deodorized, and sanitized with expertise. My cats may be wondering where the old stuff went as they walk around on the greatly improved carpet, and the overall aroma is much more pleasant.
