Greetings, my name is Roberto Perez and I am the proud owner of FOREMANS Roofing and Construction LLC. Our journey began in 1995 when we were still working for other companies in the Dallas area. However, in 2018 we finally opened our own business, FOREMANS Roofing and Construction. We are experienced in both commercial and residential roofing, including new roof installations, reproofing, new construction, and much more. Our team is certified in various roofing systems, including Genflex and TPO, as well as GAF certification for shingles and Decra composition. We also provide coating and painting services, standing seam panels, PVC and EPDM membrane installs, gutter systems, and maintenance services such as fixing roof leaks and emergency repairs.

The chimney was taken out, as it was linked to the roof framework. Foreman's Roofing and Construction arrived and built the structure, ensuring a tight closure. Our dwelling is now free from water damage. The foreman team was responsive and congenial. We have scheduled two additional projects with them and highly recommend their services.
