Although it was a minor roof repair, it took quite a while for the account manager to arrange for the repair team to arrive after we made the initial call. Although we were offered a slight discount to make amends for the delays we faced, we still feel that the price for just 40 minutes of work was somewhat steep. However, we are content with the quality of the repair job performed.
