I don't even know where to begin with this review - Alberto has been absolutely amazing. As someone who is very introverted and self-conscious, I've always been hesitant to work with a trainer or go to a gym that wasn't just focused on cardio for $20 a month. Despite still feeling shy and self-conscious, Alberto has boosted my confidence in the gym and helped me believe in my ability to achieve my goals. He knows just how to push me to my limits without crossing a line, so that I feel accomplished after each set. What I appreciate most about Alberto is his ability to connect with people from all walks of life and meet them where they are. He provides no-nonsense workouts that get the job done, without any unnecessary fluff. And he's been incredibly flexible with my schedule changes. Since I started working with Alberto, I've gained the confidence to lift on my own, seen changes in my body, experienced vast improvements in my mental health, and am excited for more sessions to come. Berto has exceeded my expectations as a personal trainer. Training with him for a month has been the most rewarding and intense experience I've had in a while.
