Andrew Jones, the installer, performed exceptionally well, completing the installation of approximately 550 square feet of flooring within two days, which also involved the removal of the previous carpet and flooring. The final outcome of the floor is superb.

Jeff efficiently laid approximately 660 square feet of new white oak flooring in our remodeled project, delivering fantastic results. Although he works speedily, his work is of the highest quality.
Kate and Joel were extremely accommodating when we had to switch wood contractors at the last moment. They helped us make it work with our schedule, and we appreciate their assistance.
This is only the initial step in our home's various wood installation projects, and we will undoubtedly contact them again.

The communication with Jordan was timely and informative. We immediately discussed the specifics and available options for the project, including his recommendation, which influenced our decision on the flooring and approach. Jordan and the project lead, Dustin, were highly responsive to the updates I needed prior to and during the project, displaying a strong eagerness to make everything right. Victor, the flooring specialist, did an incredible job exceeding my expectations for quality and attention to detail. Furthermore, he expertly adapted to the nuances encountered with the flooring manufacturer's product, ultimately improving the end result of the project beyond what I could have imagined. Due to my tight schedule for the kitchen floor, Chris promptly arranged an appointment for an estimate. Despite my clear request for sheet vinyl installation, they do not provide that product. However, I attentively heard Chris's presentation. The second company I scheduled an appointment with was a no-show. Hence, I opted for waterproof vinyl planking installation by the first company. The flooring was meticulously laid and appears fantastic.
