I had an initial appointment to receive an estimate in person. However, five minutes prior, I received a call stating that he could not make it. He requested me to take pictures, promising to provide me with an estimate afterwards. Although I was dissatisfied, I took pictures as instructed. Sadly, I never received a follow-up and it left me with the impression of being unreliable.

If given the chance, I'd inspect each of the five choices. Their characteristics are evident. Despite being 45 years old, the hardwood floor seems far newer. I intend to suggest this firm to anyone in search of floor refurbishment.
