To celebrate finding my wedding dress, we had a chef cater for us. Despite one guest having a dairy sensitivity, we requested all dairy meals and the chef was very accommodating. The food was delicious, and the chef even recommended wines to pair with each course. It was wonderful to have the opportunity to relax and enjoy the company without worrying about cooking or cleaning. We feasted on a variety of dishes including lobster bisque, jumbo shrimp in shallot sauce, scallops prepared three ways, filet in wine reduction with mashed potatoes, and creme brulee and death by chocolate for dessert. I was completely satisfied by the meal and savored every bite. We also captured a few photos of our scrumptious spread.

I am amazed. The scallops, the crab, and the lobster bisque were exceptional. The cake was simply the best I have ever tasted. In short, everything was absolutely fantastic. Chef A and the team did an incredible job, and the food and the story behind it were just amazing. Even after a 7-course meal, the kitchen remains spotless. This has been an unforgettable experience! And the best part? They were completely accommodating to gluten-free needs! Needless to say, we will definitely be back for more.
