I wasn't sure where to begin, but after undergoing several months of personal training with Omar, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I had learned. I gained a deeper understanding of which muscles should be utilized during each workout and was able to improve my posture, which had been incorrect for many years. Omar created personalized workout plans for me and documented all of my progress in a notebook, which he used to tailor each subsequent workout to my needs. Although the workouts were often difficult, Omar provided the motivation necessary to keep me going. Furthermore, the convenience of having the workouts in his home and access to a parking spot made the experience even more enjoyable.

Omar embodies dedication, expertise, and consideration, making him the most exceptional trainer (or teacher) I've ever encountered. In a mere 7 months, I have achieved astonishing results, losing over 50lbs and transitioning from struggling with stairs to performing squats and deadlifts with ease. Now, I can even manage Turkish get-ups, which used to be an arduous task. Having Omar as your mentor is an enormous advantage! However, be prepared to exert yourself, as he consistently motivates you to surpass your limits.
