For my entire life, teaching has been my passion. There is nothing I love more than helping students realize their full potential and achieve feats they never thought possible.
I have been fortunate enough to teach the flute for more than 15 years. Growing up in NYC, I was completely immersed in music, attending a specialized music high school, the Juilliard School, and even traveling across Europe to play the flute.
As a certified Texas teacher and Kodaly-trained instructor, I specialize in teaching young beginners and middle school students. However, I am happy to work with students of all ages and levels.
During our lessons, I will teach you or your student a practice routine that will help you improve your tone, technique, and overall musicianship. Additionally, you will learn how to apply your new skills in the real world, not just during our lessons. Together, we will learn and grow in a supportive and comfortable environment.

Having Jessica as an instructor has been an amazing experience! Initially, I was hesitant about having a virtual instructor for my 8-year-old. I questioned whether my child would receive the necessary instruction without having that in-person interaction. Fortunately, Jessica is a remarkable instructor! The virtual lessons have exceeded my expectations. My daughter looks forward to her Flute lessons and enjoys them tremendously! I had been searching for a suitable flute instructor for my son's initiation into playing the instrument and was fortunate to have found the perfect teacher in Jessica. She is an amiable and proficient professional who always promptly responds to my numerous inquiries concerning flute choice even before our inaugural lesson. Her method of instruction is enjoyable, calming, and supportive whilst also possessing a level of strictness. My son relishes attending her classes and has been progressing at a rapid pace.
