After signing the contract, submitting the down payment, and patiently waiting for the required material and permit application, I received news just a week before delivery that the project was cancelled. The reason given was that the prices had increased, yet no new price was provided. While they promptly returned my deposit, I was left with a wasted month and the need to start from scratch.
