Flooring Trends had done our second major project and Samuel's team delivered outstanding results. Their impeccable workmanship, especially in laying the mosaic floor and attention to detail were impressive. However, there was a minor issue with scheduling. We had initially planned for eight days (four days per week for two weeks) for the installation part of the project. Samuel requested to shorten it to one week but there was a misunderstanding regarding the duration. Although we experienced some other delays and conflicts, Samuel kept us in the loop throughout the process. Eventually, the project took two extra days, which we completed two weeks later, reaching a total of eight days. We recommend for all customers and Samuel to allow for extra time on more significant projects. Despite this hiccup, Samuel and his team did a fantastic job. We are pleased with the final results, and the before and after pictures show the transformation. I would give the project 4.5 stars, if possible. Overall, we highly recommend Flooring Trends and Samuel's team to any potential customers.

Our new backsplash and fireplace threshold were installed by Flooring Trends. They recommended a materials list, which we gathered for them to execute the installation project within a couple of days. Their work was flawless, even while working around our built-in shelves. We plan to work with them again in the future.
