I utilized CrackerJack to send out inquiries, and the first individual to provide an on-site assessment was from Floorchain. As he evaluated the floor, he suggested that sanding and repainting was not required, as it would significantly increase the expenses. Instead, he recommended refinishing with urethane, which I agreed to. However, I later opted for a rug instead of a refinish, and to my delight, he comprehended my decision and returned my deposit. I hold his integrity and flooring expertise in high regard and am grateful for his excellent service.

We engaged Floorchain Inc. to lay laminate flooring across roughly 700 square feet, which included two highly challenging staircases. Due to their uneven and irregular structure, Floorchain devoted extra time to meticulously optimizing the finish of each step until absolute perfection was achieved. The exceptional outcome of these staircases alone has drawn numerous compliments, and the work overall throughout the entryways, living areas, dining area and hallways has been superb.
