Following additional correspondence with the company, I have chosen to revise my review. While there is room for improvement in their communication, I acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Nevertheless, their work ethic is undeniable as they did a commendable job cleaning the carpet. Though the scent of chemicals was present initially, it dissipated upon application of a spritz of Febreze.

The performance of Denzel and his team was exceptional. Our wooden floors and carpets were fully restored to their original state thanks to their efforts. I strongly recommend their services.
