After examining various colors, we finally agreed on the carpet and vinyl plank with a hardwood look finish I desired. Robert's state-of-the-art measuring equipment, perfect for my unique apartment, was used to measure everything, and within just ten minutes of his departure, I received an emailed quote. The company's workers were courteous, prompt, and did an excellent job while Michelle and Robert visited regularly to check on the progress and ensure my satisfaction. A crew of four individuals worked diligently to ensure our satisfaction. We made a specific inquiry about transferring a piece of carpeting from the living/dining room to the back hallway, which FCI was more than willing to oblige. The transition between the "new" carpet and the carpet in the bedrooms is seamless. Additionally, the new hardwood flooring looks splendid and adds extra opulence to our residence.
