Floor Coverings International did another exceptional job in August of 2020! This was my second experience with them and Denise did an outstanding job of remembering my home and color scheme. She brought samples that blended perfectly and helped me make the ideal choice for new carpet in the den. The installation team did a great job as well. They moved all the furniture and put it back in place without any problems. Thank you to everyone involved! My experience with Floor Coverings International in July of 2019 was excellent from start to finish. The customer service provided was exceptional, starting with the first point of contact, through the estimate and during installation. The installation crew arrived promptly, were friendly and handled some challenges that arose during the installation professionally and creatively. Should I have another project in the future, I would not hesitate to call them again. Great job, team!

Floor Coverings International West Metro Atlanta exceeded all of my expectations! Their customer service is outstanding, from the initial call and consultation to the final walkthrough. The team was professional, courteous, and always made sure I was satisfied with their work. They clearly communicated their plans each day and provided regular updates on their progress. Our project involved replacing and stretching carpet in multiple rooms, as well as switching one room from carpet to hardwood. Denise, our representative, was focused on ensuring our overall satisfaction rather than just making a sale. We dealt with two different install teams for the carpet and hardwood, both of whom were equally skilled and thorough. They kept the workspace clean and tidy, and ensured I was happy with their work each day. With regards to the hardwood installation, we were concerned about matching it to the existing hardwood installed in 2006 and ordered a border to separate the rooms. However, the installer was confident that they could match it perfectly without the need for a border. And they did! The new and old hardwood blend seamlessly. After seeing your company's work on my neighbor's condo floors, I kept one of your cards. Little did I know how grateful I would be to still have it! Taking on home projects became a priority for me this year and working with your company to install my new Shaw Distinction Plus French Oak LVP flooring has been a dream come true. From the initial meeting with Eric, to my numerous follow-up questions answered by Denise, communication was always top-notch. The scheduling was flexible enough for me to work from home without interruption. When your installation team, comprised of Rich, Josh, and Chris, replaced the old carpet with this beautiful flooring, it was just the beginning. Rich even matched the trim on the loft ladder wall with other trim in the house - impressive attention to detail! You guys did an amazing job and I highly recommend your services to anyone considering updating their flooring. And may I suggest replacing those old baseboards? It's a game-changer!
