The experience I had with this company was the worst. Initially, they promised to install the carpet within a week, but it took two weeks for them to even set a date for installation. When they finally arrived, they tore everything apart and then informed me that they didn't have enough carpet to cover the entire floor. It was frustrating to wait for two weeks only to discover they had to order more material, which would take another four days. Moreover, after the installation, they left nails facing upward on the floor and didn't even cover the area with an old carpet, which made it challenging for me to keep my toddlers away. I was disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of the contractors. To make matters worse, the newly installed carpet had nails coming out and were hurting whoever stepped on it. I regretted not opting for a different company. Lisa, from the Hillsborough office, never provided updates; I had to call her. Furthermore, the contractors were unapologetic and didn't admit their mistake. They seemed to think it was normal for nails to come out of the carpet and hurt people. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone; I advise finding a better one. However, I received a call from Chris, who apologized for the issues we faced. Additionally, he offered a partial refund for our terrible experience with the installation. I must admit the carpet is good and we like it, which is why I've increased my rating to a 3.
