Jim and his team performed admirably, as evidenced by the immaculate carpets. We encountered some difficulties with the wood milling process, as the original shipment from the factory was subpar. However, Jim drew upon his resourcefulness and secured higher-quality products from a different supplier. He then replaced the inferior floor with the superior one, resulting in a stunning outcome. I intend to engage Jim's services once more when installing new flooring on the third floor.
