Although Dan and Bernardo did a decent job, there are a few areas that require attention. Firstly, they were not diligent in maintaining cleanliness. They neglected to wear shoe covers and properly arrange their work materials, resulting in a messy workspace filled with sawdust and dirt. Additionally, I worked with Dan remotely and, despite having explicitly discussed the material costs, was charged approximately $150 more than expected. I would appreciate clearer communication regarding potential hidden charges in future quotations.
