From beginning to end, our Flooring Professionals International experience was outstanding. After requesting a consultation, Dave promptly arrived the next day and dedicated a significant amount of time showing us various floor samples for our basement renovation. When we had a change of heart about the type of flooring we wanted a few days later on a Sunday, he was highly responsive and waived the restocking fee even though the flooring had already shipped. Due to the Safer at Home order, he conducted a virtual consultation with us on Zoom and guided us in selecting an LVT product that brought us great satisfaction. The installation was remarkable, as they finished in less than 3 hours and produced striking floors. With their excellent product quality and customer service, we highly recommend them, especially for those who wish to avoid the hassle of visiting flooring showrooms.
