Our experience with Floor Covering International was fantastic. Prior to contacting them, we had visited three different retail showrooms and had a clear idea of what kind of carpet we wanted. We had even gathered measurements and bids from the other retailers. However, when we spoke with FCI, we were pleased to learn that they carried the exact same product we had been leaning towards at a significantly lower price - around $400 less! Needless to say, we decided to work with them. The installation process was incredibly fast, and the crew was courteous and efficient, completing the job in just one day. While there was a small corner seam that was not perfect, the team was quick to address it and had the installer back to fix it within days. We are completely satisfied with the outcome and wouldn't hesitate to call on FCI for our next flooring project.
