We've recently had a runner installed on our stairs and we were thankful for the numerous carpet choices that were offered to us - which we were particularly pleased to be presented with in the comfort of our own home! The samples were brought directly to us so that we could see how they fit in with our décor. The installer was fantastic, asking us for our opinions on the installation and giving us various options on how to complete the stair finishing.
