As a flooring store serving Akron, Canton, and south Cleveland, we take pride in being locally owned and operated. Our Design Associates bring a mobile showroom with over 3,000 flooring samples, including carpet, hardwood, luxury vinyl, engineered tile and stone, and laminate, to our customers' locations. We offer a complimentary consultation that includes an inspection, measurement of the project, review of samples, and a detailed quote. Our commitment to our customers is to manage the project from start to finish to ensure complete satisfaction and enjoyment of their new space.
Our approach is personalized, working collaboratively with our customers to find products that meet their needs, match their styles, and fit their budgets. We also believe in giving back to our communities by donating money to and raising awareness for different organizations each month through our Monthly Missions program. Additionally, we have partnered with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to donate a portion of the proceeds from certain products to help raise money for research.

John and his team were consummate professionals and did an exceptional job! John brought expertise, high energy, and professional reliability, ensuring everyone's safety by wearing masks. They take pride in their craft and have a vision for creating the perfect environment in your home. John took his time listening to our needs and provided sound advice without any pressure. He made us feel like we were old friends and even recognized the Ethiopian flag in one of our bedrooms, which was highly impressive. Al, the installer, was also amazing and worked with incredible strength and efficiency. We ended up with beautiful gray carpets that were exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend this company. It was refreshing to encounter such good people who take their craft and their customers' visions seriously, especially during a global pandemic. You won't regret choosing them!

We promptly received a response from Floor Coverings International, and they were able to send an estimator to our location on the same day. The estimator was neat and professional and attentively listened to our requirements, without attempting to upsell us. Out of the multiple quotes that we received, theirs was the most satisfactory. The installation team carried out excellent work, resulting in a beautiful new carpet that we are extremely pleased with. Overall, we had a great experience and are delighted with our purchase.

Our experience with Matt and the team at Floor Coverings International in Stow was fantastic. They patiently showed us multiple samples and ensured we stayed within our budget. Despite my slow decision-making during the selection process, they were continually supportive and understanding. Unlike other places with months-long wait times, the installation of our new carpet was only 2-3 weeks. Needless to say, the new carpet looks amazing, and we are now considering replacing even more flooring in our home. We highly recommend them!

After getting tired of our builder quality carpet, we decided to upgrade to a more luxurious high-end carpet, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Instead of resorting to big box stores, we opted for Floor Covering International as we had hoped for better quality products and installation, and they delivered beyond our expectations. Despite the cost being roughly the same, the contrast in quality was immense. Additionally, we followed the suggested color option, rather than our initial plan, and it turned out to be a perfect match. As a result, we will undoubtedly be returning customers for our next project.
