I'm new to this platform and thrilled to have another way to reach clients. As a destination wedding photographer, my passion is photography, from weddings to headshots to commercial events. Despite my usual reluctance to leave negative reviews, I must express my dissatisfaction with this service provider. Although Rick was pleasant to work with, I was disappointed to discover that he outsourced photography for my wedding day instead of personally handling it. Regrettably, this detail was not transparently communicated beforehand, and while I was invoiced for a second photographer, I only received one. Moreover, I was promised a wedding photo album two to three weeks after receiving the gallery. However, I did not receive it even after calling in late November and early December of 2022 to follow up. When I did speak with someone, I was told that a recent death in the family was responsible for the delay, which I was sympathetic to. Nonetheless, my concerns should have been addressed before I had to call to inquire about the missing item. I was promised a call within a week to resolve any remaining issues, but this never happened. Multiple calls and emails went unanswered, leaving me frustrated with the unprofessionalism displayed. While Rick did refund me $300, this gesture did little to alleviate my worries about not receiving my wedding pictures. In the end, I was left with only the photo gallery and no wedding album. I sincerely hope that your experience is better than mine was.
