Caro responded promptly when I contacted her and provided me with detailed information about her makeup process and the makeup products she uses, which demonstrated her expertise in the field. She maintained communication with me in the lead-up to our appointment, sending me pictures of her work and making sure everything was in order. I had complete trust in her from the start. When Caro and her staff came to our home to do our Halloween makeup, they were punctual, friendly, well-organized, and considerate. My husband and I were both dressed as skeletons, but Caro used high-quality makeup that did not itch, crack, or smudge and stayed looking fresh all evening. The makeup application process was enjoyable, like a luxurious pampering session. I was extremely impressed with Caro's work and will definitely contact her again whenever I want to look more than fabulous.
