The GE refrigerator, although fixed and old, offered great value. The repairman was professional and honest. He provided a clear explanation of what had likely gone wrong, suggested ways to repair it, and helped us determine if repair was worthwhile. We appreciated that he only charged for his time and did not overcharge for the inverter replacement.
