Their abilities impressed me beyond words. These young gentlemen not only lifted the piano with ease but were also extremely courteous and punctual. The narrow and steep stairway leading to Grandma's basement and sharp turns in the garage ramp did not deter them from delivering the piano to our house. Despite facing the challenge of possibly not fitting the piano through the garage door, they kept at it, carefully maneuvering and communicating every step of the way with my husband and me. Their coordination and teamwork skills were exceptional, honed, no doubt, from their time playing football. The piano, neither small nor light, arrived without a scratch, much to my dismay as I intended to refinish it. I had told them not to worry about scuffing the paint or the walls in the process, but to no avail. I am thoroughly impressed by their strength, teamwork, and safe lifting practices. These young men have my highest recommendation, and I rate their service ten out of five stars.
