Upon requesting quotes, 5 Star was the prompt initial responder. They promptly assessed the task at hand, with the proprietor providing a comprehensive packet of information with an extensive reference list and proof of insurance coverage. The project began immediately and even included working through a Saturday to complete it. Additionally, they cleaned each evening, leaving the premises spotless upon my return. The work itself, featuring wallpaper removal, patching, and painting, was of superior quality, leaving me immensely satisfied.

Prior to the job, the scope was thoroughly reviewed to ensure that all of my expectations were met. The painters displayed courtesy and conscientiousness while completing the task with ease and efficiency. Although there were a few minor paint splatters, they were easy to clean up.

Although they were responsive and available to start the job soon, I found myself wanting more communication regarding the project's timeline, arrival time, and payment. Instead of being informed, I had to repeatedly ask for updates. Despite their busy schedule, I appreciated their quick responses even outside of regular business hours. Although I would have preferred more communication, I am still giving them five stars because the job was done exceptionally well.
