Five Star's color consultant was professional, well-informed, and communicative, resulting in my satisfaction with the final color selection. The prep and painting job had a competitive estimate, but Five Star underestimated the timeline. Although they experienced recurrent rain delays, Five Star appeared to manage their staff poorly, frequently sending only one painter. Despite being polite and communicative, the team made impractical promises, gradually cleared the job-related debris, and often left their personal waste on my lawn and porch. Finally, the painters' work required substantial inspection since they had to redo it multiple times. Despite the unsatisfactory painting experience, the end product is of professional quality.
