Our gutters, roof, and skylights were thoroughly cleaned by Five Boro Remodeling. We were impressed by their exceptional service as they also took the initiative to patch-up the shingles, seal the tiny holes caused by hummingbirds, and professionally handled our skylights. They left the site spotless clean and addressed all our needs with a resounding "yes, sure" attitude. We are happy to say that we got our money's worth for their excellent service at a fair price. When it rained, I noticed a mysterious leak on the ceiling of my basement bathroom. Upon reaching out to a roofing company, they suggested that my old shingles required a complete redo of my roof, before even examining it for a cost estimate. Seeking a second opinion, I contacted Five Boro Remodeling and was grateful for the outcome.
During the scheduled appointment, Paul arrived punctually and carefully inspected my roof. Unlike the previous company, he did not identify any leaks and instead offered useful suggestions for where the water could be coming from, either the vent pipe that lacked a cap or the side of the house. He provided these tips and left without any charge. I was pleasantly surprised that he had investigated the issue without cost, a second instance of such service in my life (the first being a free inspection of my boiler).
Following his visit, I tested the vent pipe myself and observed the drip in the ceiling, resolving the problem. I was relieved to discover that my whole roof did not require replacement, but should I ever need such services, I would undoubtedly consider Five Boro Remodeling.

In anticipation of installing solar panels, we requested a roof examination from Paul. He arrived promptly, even earlier than scheduled, and gave careful attention to every detail. During the inspection, he identified preexisting complications and suggested solutions to prevent future issues. Impressed by his thoroughness, I felt more knowledgeable about my roof than ever before.
