My name is Andre Maddox, and I specialize in providing affordable personal training programs. My programs yield results and focus on injury prevention, nutrition, flexibility, sports-specific training, and body sculpting. I am currently working at a San Fernando Valley gym that offers personal training services only. We strictly adhere to Covid guidelines, such as wearing face masks, outdoor training, and maintaining cleanliness.

Whether it is one-on-one personal training, group sessions or online training, I am here to help you achieve your fitness goals. My academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology Applied Fitness from the University of Cal State Northridge. I am a certified NCSF personal trainer and have also received certification in boxing/self-defense from the Box N Burn Academy. Additionally, I hold an NASE Level 2 speed certificate, and I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Exercise Science from the University of Pennsylvania.

Exercising with Andre is rejuvenating! The combination of boxing and HIIT cardio is a pleasant surprise for my physique! He persists in guiding me and emphasizing the importance of breathing, while also imparting essential tactics for mastering boxing! In only three weeks of working with Maddox, I have already seen a marked improvement in my physical strength and body. Previously, I mainly did cardio exercises outdoors and had never set foot in a gym. The idea of repeatedly lifting weights made me cringe. However, my perspective has changed and I now eagerly anticipate my gym days and the soreness that follows. Maddox has made my workouts challenging and enjoyable. As a new trainer, Andre is fueled by a passionate desire to help his clients achieve their fitness goals. Knowing about my prior injuries, I gave him specific mandates about my training needs. Andre excels in communication and constantly checks in on me to ensure I have everything I require for success. It has been almost four months since I started training with him, and I have seen remarkable gains in my overall fitness and mobility.
