I am highly qualified with an MA, several certificates including pre/post natal, yoga, personal training, health education, Pilates, and professional dance teaching in modern, ballet, and contemporary. I offer personal training to women, couples, children of all ages, and pregnant/postpartum women. My services include weight loss, strength training, dance classes, relaxation techniques, body building, yoga, nutrition, and fitness assessments such as body fat%, health education, and counseling in wellness and mental health. I am available for sessions in Rutherford, NJ and NOW ONLINE.

My passion for health and fitness led me to become a personal trainer years ago. I believe that fitness is a way of life and I enjoy helping others to achieve healthier lifestyles. By making realistic changes in their exercise and food choices, my clients have been able to transform their lives permanently without unnecessary stress or temporary dieting. I work with each individual to create SMART goals based on their unique fitness level, motivation type, age, and style of exercise.

As a professional dancer with a background in yoga, Pilates, and an MA in health education, I can understand health and fitness from many perspectives. I specialize in individualizing programs to meet the unique needs and goals of each client, providing guidance and motivation to achieve positive and rewarding outcomes. Each session is one hour and is available at a discounted price on Skype/FaceTime/WhatsApp/Hangout.

Please note that the price is stated upfront and must be paid before the session is booked. Proper sports attire is required and a 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Katie is truly remarkable! Apart from keeping our sessions engaging and captivating, she assisted me in devising a fitness arrangement for the days when I wasn't seeing her, offered nutritional guidance including recipe recommendations, was patient enough to handle my weeping baby when I was working out, and consistently enhanced our workout routines through the introduction of new exercises. She closely monitored my body fat percentage and BMI, both of which experienced a significant decrease after working with her this summer! I am thrilled to continue my weight loss journey with her and currently, we are focusing on strength training.
