As a functional trainer, I adapt my approach to include correctional exercises when necessary. My qualifications include MFN certification and expertise in obesity fitness. I understand that weight issues are multifaceted and often require personalized attention. In addition, I prioritize finding and correcting muscle imbalances for my clients. My training style includes tempo training to slow down movements and improve form, combined with high-rep, low-weight exercises to increase muscular endurance and develop lean muscles. At the end of each session, I incorporate myofascial release and stretching to prevent injury and promote continued progress.

For four years now, Jenny has been my trainer, meeting up with me five times a week. Jenny is an outstanding personal trainer. Despite being under her tutelage for four years, with three to four sessions every week, the anticipation of what my workout entails remains. Over the years, my needs have grown multifold, yet Jenny has skillfully adapted my regimen so that I can keep up with my four grandkids and play softball with ease. One of the distinct advantages of being under Jenny's care is her extensive knowledge in nutrition and supplementation, which has contributed to my weight loss and improved sleep and stomach health. I am physically stronger and more mentally focused now than I was in my thirties.
