As a functional trainer, I adapt my approach to include correctional exercises when necessary. My qualifications include MFN certification and expertise in obesity fitness. I understand that weight issues are multifaceted and often require personalized attention. In addition, I prioritize finding and correcting muscle imbalances for my clients. My training style includes tempo training to slow down movements and improve form, combined with high-rep, low-weight exercises to increase muscular endurance and develop lean muscles. At the end of each session, I incorporate myofascial release and stretching to prevent injury and promote continued progress.
