Regrettably, repairing my machine is out of the question as the frame has suffered a crack. At this point, I am anticipating the arrival of a replacement from the company.

With James' expertise, I learned how to tighten loose parts and locate them in case they require it again. He even went the extra mile and provided me with a service receipt that held detailed images of the components he worked on. Before we ended, he performed a full tune up and had me test it out to confirm everything was operating smoothly.

Collaborating with David to book a maintenance session for our treadmill was indeed delightful. On schedule, Chris, the assigned technician, arrived promptly and effectively replaced the walking belt within a span of just over an hour. It has been used multiple times since, and is performing as well as it did when it was new. The overall experience was truly excellent!

The next-day service was excellent. The assembly of my heavy-duty belt squat machine, which took approximately an hour and a half, was efficiently done by the team using their own equipment. There were no difficulties encountered during the installation. I would definitely suggest and employ their service again.

They maintained communication, were dependable, and provided clear explanations of the repair process. Additionally, they fixed my elliptical at a fair price. I will certainly enlist their services in the future.
