Without a doubt, Fitness Express earns a 5-star rating! When my treadmill belt started slipping and seemed beyond repair, I contacted them for assistance. Lou promptly identified the problem, obtained the necessary replacement part, and returned at a time that was convenient for me to install it. Now, my treadmill is working just as well as before and I believe I received a reasonable price for the service. They did an excellent job and I will definitely turn to Fitness Express should I require their services in the future!

I contacted Fitness Express, Inc. and a few other fitness repair companies on CrackerJack. Within 10 minutes, Sig from Fitness Express returned my call and informed me that a new walking belt for my treadmill would need to be ordered from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, the belt was on backorder and would take a few weeks to arrive. Sig suggested that while changing the walking belt, it would be wise to consider replacing the motor belt as well. Although I had planned to purchase the belt myself, I decided to rely on Fitness Express to complete the repair. To my delight, they offered the same quote as the manufacturer with no additional markup, and provided a reasonable price for the labor required to install the belts and thoroughly examine the rest of the machine. After informing Sig that I would be exploring other options, I appreciated his polite and professional response, which was devoid of pressure. Although another company offered a marginally lower cost for the same parts, I chose Fitness Express based on their promptness, professionalism, and honesty. They kept me updated concerning the arrival of the out-of-stock belt, and scheduled an appointment within two days of receiving both parts. Aaron, my technician, arrived within 30 minutes of the start of the four-hour window I had been given. He immediately cleaned the machine, swapped out the parts, and offered me numerous tips on machine care, operation, and adjustment. He worked diligently to optimize its performance, and when he finished, it felt brand new. I strongly recommend Fitness Express to anyone seeking fitness equipment repairs. They are true professionals, and my experience exceeded all expectations. Hopefully, I'll have the pleasure of seeing Aaron again soon for a checkup.
