Hello there! I'm Rachel Butler-Green, a virtual trainer hailing from Los Angeles and the proud Founder of Fit Mindful Body Club. My passion lies in helping people achieve their fitness goals, regardless of their current state of athleticism or injury. I have a degree in Athletics from Loyola Marymount University and hold a certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. With over a decade of experience in the industry- with 5 of those years focused on injury prevention and rehabilitation- I am confident in my ability to work with a diverse clientele.
My approach to fitness is to encourage realistic progress and foster positive lifestyle changes. My clients are often delighted to observe the physical growth and body changes that come with training with me. Before the pandemic hit, I trained my clients at Urban Med, a trendy modern gym in Downtown LA, and was a guest trainer at SpeedPlayLA. As soon as the pandemic began, I was one of the first to implement a fully remote virtual personal training model. Today, my services have further expanded and accommodated for all types of clients with various budget limitations.
