Dani and I have a weekly session that lasts an hour and aims to help me improve my fitness. At 66 years old, my only goal is to enhance my physical condition. Dani never fails to show up at my doorstep on time, and while sometimes I wish she'd forget, I appreciate her dedication. She's incredibly patient with me and understands my current limitations. After six months of training twice per week, I've never had the same workout twice. I'm never bored and I don't know what to expect. And the results speak for themselves. I'm still a work in progress, but I've seen significant improvements in everything that's meant to decrease, such as pounds, inches, fatigue, and excuses. At the same time, I've seen positive increases in muscle mass, posture, energy, and speed. My tennis friends are amazed by how much more of the court I can cover.
