Upon discovering my personal high body fat percentage of 28%, I embarked on a journey to become more fit. Taking my health seriously became my priority and I began incorporating exercise and nutrition into my daily routine. With the goal of achieving a healthier lifestyle, I consulted Angel who conducted an assessment of my weight training movements and performed a full-body scan measuring my body fat, water weight, muscle mass, and visceral fat. Following our consultation, I committed to training three times per week throughout the summer to regain my physical shape. At first, my goal was to reduce my body weight, but upon conversing with him, I understood that decreasing body fat held greater significance.
