This exceptional company delivers outstanding plumbing services! As a seasoned design professional of over four decades, I have worked with various plumbing contractors. Recently, I encountered a complex plumbing issue where two shower valves on solid marble walls broke, rendering the showers unusable. After consulting with five contractors, four suggested the removal of marble walls and cabinetry, which was not ideal for me. Luckily, CrackerJack led me to Kenny who proved to be a lifesaver. Upon sending him photos of the shower, he swiftly devised a practical and intelligent solution to my predicament. Kenny arrived promptly at my home, where he cut out a small section of the marble, replaced the damaged valves, and upgraded the shower fixtures. With a restoration plate that matched the new fixtures, he covered the marble opening. Kenny provided all the hardware required and completed the job in a clean and orderly manner within a day. My year-long dilemma was finally resolved, and I highly recommend Kenny and First Thought Plumbing for any professional plumbing needs.
