Jonathan of First Roofing was prompt in his response, provided a fair estimate, and efficiently completed the task. Though I am unable to inspect the quality of the work myself nor have any pictures to refer to, I trust and anticipate that the job was done with care and expertise, as Jonathan demonstrated ample knowledge and skill throughout the process.

The GAF solar roof has recently been installed by First Roofing Contractor. Unfortunately, the county provided no assistance due to the newness of the product, causing major issues and delays. Nevertheless, Alex provided unwavering support throughout the entire process. Upon installation, I felt confident enough to embark on an international business trip. Alex and his team were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure that everything was done to perfection. They even took care of our dogs to ensure they felt comfortable and safe. We cannot speak highly enough of their exemplary work and professionalism; however, the most significant aspect was their genuine care and dedication towards us.

Their expertise in their craft is truly unparalleled. Throughout the past year, we have encountered multiple contractors and their associates during our extensive home remodeling process. Amongst them all, Jonathan and his team reign supreme. The experience of working with him and the project manager, Alex, is exceedingly effortless. Not only did they install an exceptional roof accompanied by a top-tier warranty, they effectively solved issues surrounding a stagnant solar project that had been at a standstill for an extended period of time. Had we been aware of their capabilities earlier, we would have eagerly welcomed their suggestions and references for related services. We did not come across this business through CrackerJack directly, but instead while they were serving as a sub-contractor within another project. We are overjoyed by their exceptional work and grant them our highest endorsement.

Jonathan provided a fair quote and patiently answered all of our questions. Once we had agreed on the necessary repair work, the production team took over. Under the supervision of Alex, the project coordinator, all of the materials and supplies needed for the roof replacement were expertly coordinated. Miguel, the on-site supervisor, was always available to address any concerns we had. The technicians on the crew - Lupe, Jorge, and Gilberto - were respectful and left the site clean at the end of each day. To avoid costly and time-consuming removal of solar panels for repairs, we sought to ensure our flat roof was in good condition prior to installation.
