Within just an hour, all of my hardware was replaced and functioning flawlessly. He presented several options for replacing my garage door opener without engaging me in high-pressure sales tactics. Later in the day, we communicated through text a few times to determine the ideal opener for me. I ultimately chose First Garage Door and Gates Repair and booked the installation. Jonathan appeared on time once again and installed the new opener, springs, and rollers in around 90 minutes, ensuring that everything worked flawlessly. Side note -Another company on my list (who charged for quotes) requested that I call them back when I obtained information from the free quote, and they would provide me with a quote as well. This irritated me because if they did not put in the effort, they would not receive my business.
